22 shells

Have any of you tried to buy any 22 shells lately? Almost impossible to find. I had to finally order some off the internet, but even then they are backlogged till mid may. I'd say it sounds like everyone is stock piliing as much as they can.

I grabbed what I could 2 weeks ago. Only 300 rounds of the
Remington Vipers were there. Now there here. LOL

Havent had any trouble getting .22 shells, the gas station about a mile from me keeps them on the shelf year round.

Back during the winter there was a time though that the CCI Stingers were hard to find. I use a .22 Mag revolver, and those shells have gone through the roof. about $15 a box.

I've been trying to find .40/.380 & .25 shells, have looked all over the internet where I usually buy them...Everyone is out and on backorder.

I guess if you can't buy ammo for your guns, they won't have to worry about taking everyone's guns???

It's the first time in like 5 years I could go and buy the Vipers locally, plus they're seasonal here. So that's why I grabbed them up. Now at least I've have some for next year's hide season.

Its not just 22 ammo its all ammo. Here even Wal-Mart has ran very low or out of 22lr. I also hunt coyote very hard so 223 rem is a favorite round for me. You cant hardly buy a round of that anywhere, internt or local. 40 s&w non existant. All the gun guru's I talk with are in an uproar over te whole deal. They blame the fear buying(hoarding) and the current administration. Obama,Pelosi,Reid,Frank, Dodd and the like have already taken over the largest auto company on the planet. They will take our guns and ammo too.
