What to expect?? Grand American
Heading to Grand American for the first time. Just wondering about the grounds etc. Is the event held on a fair grounds? What kind of facilities do they have for camping? Is there a lot of space? Do they offer access to showers? Decent food on the grounds? Food prices? Entry fees to grounds? What is the furthest we will travel from the grounds to a satellite club? Are the coons from that area rutting currently? Any other details and advice you might think to offer would be appreciated.
Thanks
Perry
nice place, went almost to Savannah, GA last year

A lot of people, a lot of vendors, a lot of dogs of all description. If the weather is dry and nice it is very enjoyable, imo. I hope you have a nice time!
Grand American
Great place.Yes they have plenty of camping spaces.Showers are are on grounds for campers and if you pay the camping fee you have no charge to get on grounds.Need to call the # for the fairgrounds that is in the Coon Hound Bloodlines to let them know what size camper you have and the amp. outlet you need.Hope to see you in a couple of weeks,Sam Kelly.
Good info. Thanks a bunch, Perry
Duke BBQ!!! Eaten bbq all over and it is certainly some of the best east of Mississippi
It may rain it may be sunshine it may snow it may be ice it may be Tornados I have been through it all there since 1983.The temp.can be from the 20s to the 80s so bring plenty of clothes.
