yes they are I should have bought the one I saw but the guy wanted $100 for her and it would have cost that much to straighten her out she looked rough and if I had to guess probably never seen a rabbit. I'm sure he was a trader not a hunter

?
Try Joe Peevler of Ok. He runs ARHA PP. and some UKC.

http://www.geocities.com/oakhillkennel/ Look at this site, Sally may have what you are looking for, and she is as nice a person you could talk to. And from the things i have read and heard they will make rabbit dogs...If she was closer i would have bought a couple from her my self...
Just my 2 cents,
hope this helps

We have a female bluetick beagle and she is really pretty. She is only 10 months old but we have only had her out a couple of times but she went hunting. A guy about 30 miles from us raised a litter and I will check and see if he has any left. I know he plans to raise another litter soon. we are located in western Illinois near the Iowa line. Let us know if u are interested.

they are actually from Joe Peavler's Stock.
They are nice dogs for hunting, look great, and are bred good too. (but they are only ARHA)

Dusty
I just purchased a breeding pair about a month ago. Beatiful dogs. They are AKC and I plan on breeding very soon. As for running, the couple times I have had them out they done very well on rabbits but have also hit on deer, thats what I am working on now. They both have nice bawl mouth and are out of MO. Just cannot think of their breeding right off hand.
thanks
appreciate your replies I have 3 dogs I'm working with now for the upcoming season if things keep going as good as they have been I'll probably be looking to get another dog. two of my pups are off Hamering Hank, I let them run loose on the farm and they started on thier own at 4 months and haven't let up yet. the one I saw didn't have any tan on it she was open spotted with heavy ticking
