Unique Dog Boxes
Give me some feedback on the unique dog boxes. I saw last night in the Bloodlines that they have come out with a SUV dog box and that is what I need. A fella told me this morning that when Continental split half of there employees went to Unique the other to Owens. Just let me know if you know anything about them. The good and the bad! I appreciate it.
I have a cousin and a friend that both own one and they seem to be very good boxes to me. I have never heard a compliant from them and the boxes appear to be made very well and look good.
I HAVE HAD ONE FOR OVER A YEAR NOW, THEY ARE VERY STURDY BOX, ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THE DOOR HANDLES/LOCKS AND TOP STORAGE HANDL/LOCKS ARE A JOKE, CONSTANTLY HAVE TROUBLE AND HAVING TO REPLACE THEM OR ADJUST THEM IF THEY COULD FIX THIS I WOULD LOVE THIS BOX, GOOD THING IS THEY HAVE STOOD BEHIND THEIR BOX AND HAVE SENT ME NEW HANDLES AND LOCKS AT THEIR EXPENSE, I THINK I BOUGHT ONE OF THE FIRST ONES THEY CAME OUT WITH SO MAYBE THEY HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEM.
I was planning on getting the one without the top storage, because it would kind of be useless being inside an explorer. Are the light enough to handle on my own? I know the houndsmen deluxe that I have right now is pretty heavy and takes two guys to pick-up.
I like mine.
I have/had one now for about 4 years good light box no problems. My 19 year old son now uses it and I have another box. If it can hold up to his abuse/use of it a nuclear attack would not hurt it. LOL He hunts 4-5 nights a week and does not take care of anything.
btt
Got mine from Al Gibson very satisfied had it a couple of years now . He has a add in cooner this month
LOVE MINE
very sturdy/solid boxes...dont know that i could complain about mine
