Prayers are needed........................

I am asking for prayers for a fellow coon hunter, a uncle to me, a father of two wonderful boys, a down right good man........

He is my uncle, Les Rogers.......from Salvisa, Ky. He is 59 years old.
He had a massive stroke on Wednesday while fishing with my good buddy Ronnie Phelps...........

He is at UK hospital in Lexington, Ky..........ICU, very critical.
He is a simple man, the man to take me on my first coon hunt and bring me into this fine hobby. He is more than an uncle, more like a brother...........................I just returned from Lexington at 2 a.m Saturday, I hope he pulls thru, ...................Tim

Thoughts and Prayers

For the Rogers family and friends... We are very sorry to hear about this... a stroke can be very tough to deal with but they have made big strides in the treatments. We pray that Mr Rogers makes a better recovery than you all expect.

Stay strong, Heather and Bob William

Update.........

Two of the Neuro doctors had said on Thursday that he would not recover............BUT, another Doctor told me on Friday that he does not know just yet, he is on a Vent to help him with breathing..........................Will keep everyone updated, but no changes ( good or bad ) so far............Thanks for the prayers.......................Tim

P.S...........................Les's 2 boys, ages 14 and 12, just lost their mother in Jan. from cancer, she was only 55. This has got to be a rough road for the boys as well............................

Update.........

I talked to my sister this morning, she said the doctors had came in checking on Les, they pushed down on his eyes really hard and he made a terrible face expression and tried to raise his arms.....they def could tell he felt the pain. They also said he has something else going on, they just dont know yet, but said the coma he was in maybe wasnt caused by the stroke..........They told the family NOT to give up all hope just yet and they are going to do another CAT-SCAN to see if anything else will show up......His fever is down, his blood pressure is normal, heart rate is normal.......................Keep the prayers coming........................................Thanks SO much...........Tim

Been several days since I been on but will be praying hard for your uncle and 2 sons. Cant imagine what the 2 boys are going through. God bless the whole family, the doctors working on him, the hospital he is in and staff working on him. Just remember to keep the faith and the God is the almighty healer.
