Training pens in the Midwest

Due to an insane work schedule coming up I’m worried I don’t have the time to put into a young hound this spring, thankfully I get a slowdown in the fall but would hate to see her not get the needed exercise and experience this spring. Anyone know of any coonhound training pens in the Midwest?
