Bird Problem

I have sparrows roosting in the rafters of my dog pens, there is a bunch of them. Dogs are on concrete with a tin roof over the top of them. I have tried fake owls, fake snakes, shotgun, and going out at night and killing some of them , nothing has worked. Does anyone have any ideas? thanks

sparrow trap. I have trouble every spring with them eating left over dog food and crapping all over my kennels. Once you get one or two in it the rest follow. It also lets you release any non target bird. After a week or two I don't have problems anymore.
