Lost papers
I mailed a set of puppy papers on Feb. 10th. I called UKC today and they have no record of receiving them. The post office claims they were delivered. UKC person told me oh well have to get a duplicate. Anything else I can do before I get a duplicate?
Also I have another set I mailed last week. I need to get a rush put on them for a show this coming week. UKC # W557,767.
For the first set you are asking about: Do you have the dog's UKC number? If not, Please give me your name, the state you live in and the breed and name of the dog and I'll do some checking for you.
For the second set: I'm not showing we've received anything as of yet. It is very possible the papers are here and we haven't got to that day's mail as of yet as we are currently working about 8 business days out.
The 1st set is W584,121. Okay for the 2nd set is there any way to put a rush on the. Still? Or obtain something to be able to show the dog this coming weekend?
I'm not showing we've received anything for the 1st set. For the 2nd set, you can give us a call and we can put a block in the system to give you a call when the papers come in and once we call you, you can then upgrade to a faster delivery option.
Thank you I will call now
There's a bit of a wait as our phones are pretty busy on Monday's but we'll get to you as quick as we can.
Thanks Russell I got up with them. The lady told me that I could show a dog on puppy papers just had to have permenant papers within 60 days. Bench show rules say permanent registration only. The conditional entry I found the information about the puppy papers and 60 days. I'm a little confused if I can show her with them or not. I hoping they will atleast have the confirmation email sent to me by the show time.
You can contact our Hunting Operations Department and they can tell you for sure what your options are.
