2019 Event Reports - Good News!

The Coonhound Department can now officially report that the new system is now up and running! 2019 Hunt and Show Reports are now being processed. This may likely take a couple weeks to get completely caught up but Sarah and Amanda are working their tails off to get it done. Thank you all for your patience.

Also, any dogs who had five or more cast wins in the registered category, but lacked a 1st Place Win under the previous format, will now also be seeing their Champion Degrees coming soon.

The same is true for Grand Nites who had eight or more cast wins towards their GRNITECH2, 3 etc... Any dog that has advanced further than a GRNITECH2 will receive a degree for each achievement (1, 2, 3, etc.).

We're also hearing that we may actually have a couple dogs that will meet the criteria for HOF. We'll find out very soon.

As for online Points Checks being up-to-date and accurate as reports are processed; we can't tell you for sure that to be the case. However, if it's not, that will be our next step after getting all reports processed.

Thanks again to everyone for your patience with this switch to the new system for the new format. Sure do appreciate it.

What about Nt Ch dogs who had cast wins, but not 1st place prior to Jan 1? Is there any record of these cast wins and if so will they get credit for it under the new format?

Nite Champions did not get credit for any cast wins that did not result in a placement under the previous format. They did not get credit for those then and we do not go back and now give them credit for it now. With the new format, they now receive credit for all those cast wins.

All right.... Who are the first HOF dogs?

I know I had one that had 18 cast wins one summer and got one win out of it. But I totally understand you can't track that from five years ago. He didn't get five first place wins and he don't deserve a gr nt degree. I am completely fine with it.

Looks like they went back and give the guy in the other post a degree from the past years🤔

the reason they cant go back an credit ntch cast wins from the past that wasn't first is because if u won a cast ntch but didn't get a actual ntch win their is no proof of the cast wins only the main winner got paperwork done on it in the past

If you got your NT CH wins in RQE's, slams etc it would be recorded if you won your cast.
