Pup paper question

I received puppy papers for a litter of X-Breed pups that were supposed to be performance nominated but the papers say nothing about the Performance program. I don't have the females number but her name is Tugaloo Rivers Queen Elizabeth. Sire is Crumps ThunderBlue Dexter and his number is UKC#W101814

The litter is eligible for nomination into the Performance Program, however when you sent the papers in you only included the litter registration fee of $30.00. You did not include the nomination fee.

Since they are under 6 months of age it is $30.00 to nominate the litter.
