Is there any news on this? I haven't been able to find anything on the web about the outcome or status...

An update here would be great if possible. We would also appreciate any advice on what we can do, and what our clubs can do to help.

I have been on the road for a couple of weeks, but according to my contact at US Sportsmen's Alliance, the bill was voted down in committee and is no longer a concern.

the SB 26 was voted down but here is the HB 153- Tether dogs out in Cold weather http://www.voteanimals.org/content/...extreme-weather

In the State of Pennsylvania we are fight about the same Bill's and our counties are pushing laws called Code Blue this Law makes animals outside in temps at or below 20 degs illegal. Hope these bills get voted down. Now dont get me wrong im against animal abuse but im not for these laws this would stop all hunting if the temps or weather was just right, these dogs are breed and conditioned to be outside.
