Can you send a picture of scorecard to master of hounds and be considered making the deadline??

What if we have a sat night hunt on spring forward time. Deadline is 2am. If we show up at 2am. Its actually 3 am. Then what?

our March hunt falls on that week-end every year, casts are told before they leave that deadline is 2 am before the time changes. We go by a clock in the club that doesn't automatically change, haven't had any issues

When our March hunt falls on that weekend I just tell the casts that for our hunt the time does not change until AFTER the hunt deadline. We've never had a problem with it.
