I figured this out a long time ago when premiums started going up even though the new health care law hasn't taken effect.
Anyone play the stock market?
Get yourself some stocks in the heath care field cause they will make a killing for a year or more.
Heres how I figure it.
Your premiums will go up but the amount you are paying will be about the same.
Say you are paying 250 per month now.After the new law takes effect say your premiums increase to 450 per month.In comes your subsidize depending on your income level to decrease your premium back down to the orginal 250 to 300 per month.
Guess who now is taking that susidized payment out of your pocket.The INSURANCE COMPANIES!!

Another thing that gripes me about this government insurance.

Insurance was originally set up to cover catastrophic needs such as accidents ,operations,hospital stays,etc.
Over the years it has gradually added coverages silver sneakers,gym payments,doctor visits, even Viagra, .No wonder the costs have sky rocketed.
Under government plans these welfarers go to the doctors for sneezes and sniffles(Hey,wait a minute see above paragraph about Viagra.Holy cow its a conspiracy.that is why these welfare bums have 10 and 12 kids) , little falls downs,Aches and pains that most of us suck it up and stay at home.No wonder they live longer then the ones that work .they get all that free health care.
Now there is all this junk the new law will force companies into expanding coverages for things that was never meant to be,

It is like asking your car insurance company to pay to replace your tires,or spark plugs .It just is not something car insurance was meant to pay for.
Same goes for health insurance.If it paid only what it was originally meant for we would not be in this mess right now.

only bad thing

is the working people is the only 1s that this is going to hurt the people on ssi will still have health ins through the state and never have to pay a hospital bill and all they pay is 50 cents to a dollar for thier meds i know a guy that never worked a day in his life his uncle and aunt raised him he worked on the farm the uncle passed then the aunt got sick he did take care of her when she passed he sign up for disabilty cause he never went to school he got ssi right away he was on it for probly 5 yrs he had open heart surgery did't pay a penny its not fair to the working people that are disabled and can't get thier disabilty or any kind of help because they worked but thats the way our gov works punish you because you work

I have also recently read that if you are offered health insurance through your employer you will not be eligible for any subsidies no matter how much you are paying as it will be considered an affordable health plan.Your employer can raise the plan cost and no matter how it goes you can not get any assistance in paying for it.
Only self insured persons will be eligible for a subsidy is my understanding.
