checking on certificate

i ordered an duplacite copy of my dog's Bench Show Champion certificate. i was wondering if it has been sent out or not yet?

and i also wanted to know if UKC got my dog's 5th CH win, which will make her a GRCH.

her UKC # IS U584, 943-D
name is WCH CH 'PR' OUTLAW RED HOT ASH

For the duplicate Bench Show Championship Certificate, you will need to talk to our Coonhound Operations Department.

We're showing the dog has 4 wins toward Grand Show Champion. We do, however, say to allow 3-4 weeks from the date of the event for us to get the results and get them updated in our computer system.

i contacted them, and they ordered it but i wanted to check on it cuz it's been two weeks and was supposed to be sent out over a week ago. just wanted to check and make sure that it was sent.

and i will check back a few weeks to see if you got the paperwork filed for the August 28th in Phillips WI.

OK. To check on the status of the duplicate Championship Certificate, you would need to continue checking with the Coonhound Operations Department. I can check on the status of the 5th win if you'd like to contact me again in a few weeks.

Have you gotten the paper work from Phillips yet?

Yes. In fact, we now show the dog as a Grand Bench Show Champion. The Championship Certificate and new EE card are being mailed out to you today.
