Got it out of my system last night. Snowshoes and all. It was good to hear the dog run a coon but nothing seen on the outside. There are better days coming. Good luck to anyone going out.

I gave it a try last night after cabin fever finally got the best of me. Lets just say I'm not going tonight! Got extremely lucky and actually ran two. One in the ground and the other in a brush pile. First drop before that came up empty handed after my old Hammer dog hunting some pretty big country and checked in, and another drop with a young dog who didn't like the snow and decided it was better on the road by the truck. Idk bout up north but coon ain't moving to good down here.
