CB pages stuck together?

I got my november coonhound bloodlines today and alot of the pages where stuck togeather at the top. Anyone else have this problem?

I've never had that problem with Bloodlines but use to get several Cooner's that way. The paper just wasn't cut when they put them together at the printers.
