Politics and getting a spot at SETWD's

I called a few weeks ago trying to get a spot in the Stud Dog barn and somehow the fellow I was speaking to got off on Politics, and before I knew it I was hearing how GW Bush caused the deflation in dog prices and was basically the cause for everything wrong and noone having extra money.

I rebutted his comments with facts and he conveniently tried to change the topic slightly, even blasting people for making too much money, blah, blah, blah..The same old Obama supporter lines that has been rehearsed and repeated time after time, after time.

While we weren't raising our voices, I could tell I had the old man flustered because he couldn't counter my facts and rebuttals with anything other than what he had been spoonfed from his Democrat buddies.

Long story short...I have never got that call back I was promised about a spot in the barn. And when I call somehow there is never anyone to answer the phone.

Mu suggestion to people putting on a event that is open to the public..Keep your political beliefs and rants to your self.

My suggestion to those wanting a spot in the stud dog barn...Dont set an Obama supporter straight over the phone.... Especially when they are the one giving out spots to people wanting them.

Maybe you should have called early if a spot was that important.I am not taking up for his political beliefs because mine are definitely different.The gentleman in question has always treated me fair.

JOHNNY LYLES IS THE CONTACT PERSON FOR THE STUD BARN. THEY WILL PROBABLY TELL HIM TO CONTACT HIM.

WE HAVE HAD A DOG IN THE STUD BARN FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS.

MR. LYLES HAS ALWAYS BEEN SUPER NICE TO US AND ALWAYS DID HIS VERY BEST TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE WHAT YOU AND YOUR DOG NEED.

HE'S A GOOD MAN, AND HE TAKES CARE OF ALL THE STUFF WITH THE STUD BARN EVERY YEAR ALL BY HIMSELF.

HE VOLUNTEERS HIS TIME TO ENSURE THAT SETW DAYS PUTS ON A GOOD STUD SHOWCASE, AND IN MY OPINION, HE DOES A DANG GOOD JOB OF IT.

HE IS A HARD MAN TO GET AHOLD OF SOMETIMES, AND YES, I'VE HAD TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES TO GET THROUGH. BUT I'VE ALWAYS MANAGED TO. OF COURSE, I CALL AROUND CHRISTMAS TIME, AND THEN AGAIN IN JANUARY JUST TO MAKE SURE I'M STILL RESERVED.
