Bright Eyes Light problem
I've got a 17v belt light from bright eyes that I can charge completely and it will start going dead/dim not long after we cut the dogs loose the first time. I tried calling both numbers on their ad and emailing them. On my light it has 5-8 scratched in both the charger and the light. What can I do and how can I get a hold of them? Have ya'll had this trouble before?
Thanks

Does your light have a walkin light on it? I have a friend who has a belt light and the bulb in the walkin light was blown and would not allow it to take a charge. He pulled the bulb out and it works fine now.
I does have a walk light but it is not blown. Thanks! That's strange!

I have a bright eyes light and have had excellent service from them. I believe they hav a 3 yr qaurantee on the batteries. The 5-8 on them I believe is the date of manufacture and your light is probably waranteed unti 5-11. Keep calling they will get back to you. Sounds like either bad batteries or charger. They will have you send both the battery pack and charger in to them and will treat you right.

Thanks! I think I can handle that! I'll keep on keeping on, my buddy's got a spare light he's going to let me borrow till I can get mine back so that's a big plus!

Call them during normal working hours and they will set you straight, I have always had good luck with them.
