Puppy stage of hip problems ??? Never seen any walker pups bunny hop just wondering I have a vet appointment next week

Walks fine but her back legs she bunny hops when she runs normal or no

Sounds like hip dysplasia but the pup is young so it is unlikely...

She had it in both hips. Vet checked her at about 4 months and said she would only get worse with age

Had a Basset Hound at 5 months was doing that and was walking not right like a normal gait. Had him x-rayed at 5 months old and was hip dysplasia.

He is 14 years old and still going strong. Runs every morning when I go out to feed. Lucklily it has not been an issue.

Bunny hops just like when he was a puppy. I maintained constant same weight his whole life to help prevent pressure on his hips.
