Bright Eyes Fusion Question

Anybody else had there Bright Eyes Fusion light not charging right? I put it on charge and the light doesn’t turn red. It does nothing when its off charge like its completely dead but it will turn on when its connected to the charger. Its been charging for 2 days and still wont do anything when i take it off charge. I know the charger has to work though because when its plugged in the light will work. Any help would be appreciated!

Light

Sounds like a faulty charger

It sounds like you have a faulty LED in the charging circuit. Charging current not getting to your battery, but it is getting to the headlight.

I bought a new sunspot extreme rage with green lazer.
It did that ,plug charger in it would come on,but it wouldn't chatge up. Thought it might be charger so i plugged it up to my other sunspot charger and same thing. Call sunspot and he said it sounded light faulty battery. Sent it back last Friday.

You can call Bright eyes they can tell you what and most important , they will fix it a NO charge ... Great Service ...
