Garmin Ecollars

Has anyone had issues with the contact points on their Garmin ecollars, TT 15 or TT 10 falling out?

Had it happen one time. Bruce Conkey sent me replacement for nothing. I just make sure they are tight now and none have been loose so don't know what happened on the first ones. I had purchased my collar from Bruce and his customer service is the best.

I had a contact point fall out of my TT 15 last fall and just noticed today there's one missing on my Garmin ecollar. The ecollar is a couple years old so it lasted all that time without falling out.
The contact points themselves are not expensive to buy but the shipping to Canada and exchange rate is a killer

.

Autumn there should have been an extra set of prongs with each collar sold. I would dig in your accessories and try and find them.

Long ones work just fine, probably better. You just might have to make an adjustment on the collar fit.
