DC30 collar battery
I replaced the battery in my dc30 this morning charged it for 5-6 hrs turned it on and nothing. I removed it from my 320 and added it back on and still nothing is there a reset or something else I need to do to get it to work again?
.
Lets define what your saying when you say NOTHING. I assume it came on. How is the light flashing on the collar. Single flash or double flash or triple flash. That will determine our next step.
If you say single flash then the plug you took apart is not back together correctly. You have to be very careful with it and don't force it in. It actually goes in at a slight angle due to the curve on the back of the collar. Many people try to push it straight in and that is bad.
Let me know how it is flashing once you turn it on. If you have never paid any attention to how it flashes then turn another one on and compare the two.

I turned the collar on this morning the two red lights blink twice really quick then they blink about every second. Blink blink pause blink pause blink
.
How did you take it apart to put battery in. Did you remove the unit from the collar and remove the white wire and plug or did you just take out the 4 corner screws and remove the batter housing?
I suspect the problem is with the white wire and plug connection. You have to be very careful with that.

I took the whole housing off of the collar antennas included then replaced the battery.
I took it back apart and put it all back together now it works showing a fully charged battery and good communication. I believe it was a connection issue. Thanks Bruce for taking the time to help me out with my collar.
