And then sent back out with nonhunting Judge, is it allowed to extend hunting time to finish cast if not enough left?

Been a couple years since I hunted in one but back then the master of hounds or hunt director could extend time on certain occasions.

Yes moh can extend deadline in that case for that cast. Had it happen on a hunt I was in once. It cost me a first place win.

The only time the deadline can be extended is when only one dog remains in the cast and he has to return to the MOH for a nonhunting judge.

Correct!!! And that is the only time it can happen. two dogs, or more, and no extension is granted.

Correct answer.

Coming back with a question that then results in a one-dog cast going back out to finish the cast does not meet the criteria to extend the deadline. A deadline extension is only for those who came back to get a non-hunting judge because all other handlers withdrew or scratched and no one stayed with the one remaining handler to finish the cast.

There was not a different interpretation. Also want to check, if a cast member withdraws ande leaves cast, then rejoins does he still have his cast member vote?
