Registration Question

Sent in puppy papers in on a dog i bought last year a couple weeks ago. I got a letter back in the mail saying i didnt send in enough money and had to pay another $5.00 I called and did so with credit card over the phone last thursday and have not received the papers yet which is understandable......these things take time. A buddy wants me to go to a hunt with him friday and saturday night. The number on the paper they mailed me to pay another $5.00 has the registration # W341,928 'PR' KAIDENS PHANTOM OZ

My question is will i be able to enter him in the night hunt with this registration number on friday night June 12th and Saturday 13th 2015. I have not been in a night hunt in 18yrs. Thanks for your help in adavnce.

I'm kinda guessing I'd post on registration board like others suggested but I think you can use that number and a conditional entry. Cost another $5

I'm pretty sure Jeff hit the nail on the head. There's no reason why you couldn't use the conditional entry. Situations like yours are pretty much what It's there for you know the status of the dog but you don't have the paperwork to show it.

Dustin, I'm sorry I did not see your thread til now. I've checked our records and see that the dog is permanently registered and in your name. As for entering the dog in a hunt this weekend... yes sir. If you don't have the papers by that time you can still enter as conditional and hunt. Good luck.
