What's the easiest way to cut holes in a tire for a feeder?

I use a 1 and1/2 or 2 inch hole saw on a drill once you get the drill bit through reverse the drill so the teeth on the saw don't grab.
use a jig saw if u dont have the hole saw bit. just drill a hole to start with.

Utility knife works too.
A cutoff wheel on a 4 inch electric grinder works well for squares 3" x 4"......3 per tire.
i used a sharp butcher knife. But be careful , you can cut your finger off !
