I work industrial construction, one of our main customers is a slaughter house. They slaughter about 10,000 a day this time of year. I love working down at that plant!!!

I grew up doig that. We grew our own beef, chickens, and pork. It's been quite a few years since I've had a hog killin.

oh yes lol we do it once every year and it's comin up this week...our main meat for Christmas and the rest of the winter yumm. i can taste it now sausage and fatback and ham
