tracking collar repair

who replaces dead batteries in tracking collars. My collar has no brand name on it and this seems to be the problem, everyone I call says they can't fix it because it's not there brand. Any ideas?

Mike Rivers is the man u need to talk too. I will never send a collar or system to anyone else. He fixed my box and did a great job. I had some collars i sent back to quicktrac and had redone before i knew about mike. Then i got some of mikes redone collars later. Cant tell a diff. Mike is also a world class guy to do business with.
