This event is for anyone interested in learning more about the hunting, wildlife, or overall outdoor experience. The Indiana Department of Natural Resources will on hand and available to answer questions. The HTDA will be showing off different breeds of tree dogs. Many other outdoors organizations will be coming. Our main focus is to get YOUTH involved, because they ARE the future of hunting in Indiana! We also want to encourage all members of the family to come from all over. Browse the latest in hunting and fishing gear. Tree stand tactics and safety, turkey hunting tactics, and Youth Door Prizes to be drawn on the hour and much, much more…
Featuring Youth Activities:
• Shooting
• Hunting
• Fishing
• Hunting dogs
• Archery
• Shotgun
• Air gun ranges
• Hands on instruction from certified instructors
Major prizes will be drawn at 2:30PM:
• Hunt at Flatrock Hunting Preserve
• Youth Mount from Adam’s Taxidermy
• Rod and Reel Set donated by Jim Owens & David Hasecuster
• One day fishing trip at Brookville Lake
• 22/.20 gauge combo gun donated by Tree County Quail Forever
