Garmin topo maps

Ordered some maps for my Gramin and they weren't topo. Now I have more road maps and didn't even send a note telling me what is on the thing.
So were do I get maps that show the creeks and rivers?

Is there something you have to do other than just plug the little card in the slot?

I took the batteries out and the little silver thing that holds the card in wasn't snaped down good. I think that was the problem. I will take it out tonight and see. Thanks Guys.

mine does the same thing, I put tape over it to hold it down
