3.6 lithium AA half batteries

I got in a hurry and ordered 5/ 3.6 AA half batteries for my collar.
It takes 2 total 3.6 lith. full size AA.
If they are halves Iwill need two on a side / 4 total.
Opps will that mean 3.6 x 2 = 7.2 volts not the 3.6 I need.
Have I confused everyone now?

I think it will be 7.2 volts

positive to negative add voltage, positive to positive same voltage longer power

I might be wrong but ya better check before you put twice the voltage in and ruin it

You can use 2 of them. That is all I use. You should get about 30% more range on your collars by using 7.2v. according to the websites of some collar manufacturers. I know I get a lot stronger signal by using them in 7.2v...Just check the website of you collar manufacturer.
