confused with zones

how come some dogs won there castfri nt or sat nt with more pts than some but still didntget in to hunt?and i thought i read on here some where the cut off pts was 525 plus?but some zones had listed some with less plus pts .confused

They take double cast wins first then go to highest single score each nite. 25+ both nites would have got a dog to tennessee in any zone probably but I haven't looked yet.

The cut-off just dippended on the # of dogs entered at that zone. Cut-off scores at each zone would varry due to each zone having a different # of dogs.

If they had a good score one night, better than the cut off, Im guessing thats what happened.
