TWBFA Youth Hunt

Another job well done by the treeing walker asc.
Thanks to Alan Kalal, Paul Dresson, Mike Carmack and Tom Lechlitner from the TWBFA ,Cindy Stickly from UKC and the members of the Wyatt In. Coonhunters club ,for putting on this great event.
The amount of prizes and awards given away at this event is truly amazing.
My daughter hunted in her first nite hunt and had a great time, even though she didnt win.
Anyone that thinks the future of our sport looks gloomy, should have been at wyatt last nite,it looks brighter than ever.
I believe they hunted 53 and showed 25.
im sure they will post the results monday.

Wyatt IN Youth Hunt

First Things First Thanks To the Wyatt Club For Hosting a good Hunt. Thanks To Mr Sanford for donating a pup out of Hardwood Elvis Attack Which I won in the Drawing. I had a great Hunt with my Blue dog. But I would Have Rather hunted my English female. But I wasn't Able To hunt her Because She's Going To Be Having pups In About A week. Thanks agin to the Wyatt Club and to Mr Sanford.

This was my first TWB&FA Youth Extravaganza and I had a great time. It amazes me how polite and gracious our youth are. Everyone should put this date on their calendar for next year. Take your kids to this event...I'm sure you won't regret it.

The youngest hunter entered on Saturday night was nine year old John Tibbs....and the hunter that drove the farthest distance to hunt was Zachery Allen. He is from eastern Kenturcky and drove over 500 miles to participate in this great event. That should tell you something.

Many thanks should be given to Mike Carmack and all of the others who worked hard to get donations from our dog food suppliers and other vendors to get the prizes that were given to the kids who entered. No kid left empty handed. I'll have a complete list of donators up later. The Walker Association and the Wyatt Club deserve a pat on the back for this event.

I got some great pics from Saturdays Bench Show, Treeing Contest and Nite Hunt events and I'll do my best to get them up for you sometime this afternoon. Watch the Coonhound News Page for candids and other photos.
