Changing over a Tracking Collar?

I know there was a guy on Ebay and also thought I saw it on here (can't find now) who could take your collar and put a sealed 10,000hr battery in it? Does anyone have and email or phone # or know who this was? I think it was for around $60.00.

Any info would be great.

send it back to who built it, they will charge you that or less. i have sent collars back to Johnson's, Quick Track and L&L. they will all treat you right. call them. the price will be from $40 to $60
