Top

I might need a place to stay,

Posted by BLAKE WHEELER on 06-07-2017 06:49 PM:

With the way mine's been looking I may need something to hunt

Posted by Richard Lambert on 06-07-2017 07:06 PM:

Blake, I have a 4 mos old pup out of Rocky X Wendy that you could hunt.

Posted by BLAKE WHEELER on 06-07-2017 07:11 PM:

He would look better than the plug I've been packing the last week lol

I think I'll bring a young dog out of Turkey up and try it. may not win a thing but it sure will be fun just meeting folks and getting away for a few days.

I'd be there John, but my wife is currently "great with child". So I have at least 1 more important event I should attend. 😉

Posted by Richard Lambert on 06-08-2017 03:31 PM:

I guess that it is all about priorities. What good is work if you don't have time to enjoy the money you make. Isn't there a song about "working your life away"? And Adam won't your wife still be great when you get back home? That is why we have cell phones now. I remember when Jared's wife was great last summer. She had to wait until the week after National Days to go into labor.

Posted by Adam Wingler on 06-08-2017 07:47 PM:

She's always great...but it's best I don't jeopardize that mood. And although it's my 3rd kid, I wouldn't wanna miss it.

Besides, who would wanna actually see me and my half breed anyhow!?

Posted by BLAKE WHEELER on 06-08-2017 08:00 PM:

Cool

Mr. Wingler I thought you were banned from the redbone section, shouldn't you be browsing the xbreed forum

Well, I tried but it was too lonely over there. And we have 2 associations here where they have NONE. It's a no-brainer. I'll just keep borrowing real redbones and stick with pushing the half walker for now, I enjoy blaming her faults on either half I feel like!

I may can sell the Amish midwife idea, but before I ask, do they allow the use of an epidural? 😆

Adam, just check, probably Doc Holiday will be there, but you may have to find the nearest Golf course. He should be able to handle any Special deliveries.

Hunt

Got me interested little over 13 hours for me how's the terrain ? Will i be able to hunt out the mini van ? I got a fat registered dog that might remember how to tree a coon .

Posted by timber hunter on 06-09-2017 10:35 PM:

Hey George

Homesville is on the edge of some hills, most of the time you go north to flat ground but some people hunt those hills!!!

Timber Hunter

Not worried about the terrain for me and Roxie just don't want the mini van stuck or floating off somewhere i ain't never been north before .

One man's hills is another man's rolling country. Hunting at Holmesville is 99% flat easy patch woods with lots of coons. That is why they keep going back there.
Only 2 more weeks to get your dog ready. I have heard that a lot of people are leaving their Gr Nt Ch's at home because they don't think that they can beat Taylor, Slick and those Midnighters.

Man just 2 weeks, I got a lot of attitude adjustments to do to get one of my pot lickers ready. I fore see a lot of long nights within these next 2 weeks.
