1948 Wickliffle, Kentucky - Dan - Redbone Male - Leroy Campbell - Blue Springs, Mississippi

1953 Greencastle, Indiana - Swamp Rose - Redbone Female - V.X. McWillimas - Miamisburg, Ohio

1985 GrNtCh. Melton's Red Fireball. Won AKC/ACHA Reserve World Champion Male, (What is the Reserve World Champion though?)

Early in the 2000's

A Redbone male in the early 2000's won the Acha world hunt held in Claremont IL ( Maybe it was Sumner IL). Timber chopping Dan I believe was his name. The registry might have been called AKC/ ACHA at that time, not sure. I remember he actually won first place in the hunt, not just the breed. A Fireball bred dog I believe.

It's another word for second place or runner-up.

Remembering more

2001 Acha World Champion Fireballs Timber Choppin Dan owned by Josh Guffey. Dan was later sold to Wayne Campbell.
