320 question

I use a 320 and 40 collars. Lately I have been loosing partial contact. I get the direction and yardage, but a ? on the dog. It happens on all 3 collars. Any help would be appreciated.

Reset

Google "Garmin 320 reset." It will give you details of how to reset your Garmin. Takes a few minutes. Push a couple of buttons in a certain order. I have done it.

I've owned two DC 40's and both did the exact same thing you described and eventually wouldn't turn on at all. Had to plug them in to the computer at least once a month if not more. If you search around, seems to be a common issue with them. Never had an issue with a DC30 and only issue I had with a T5 was other collars interfering. Might try resetting both the handheld and collar through the computer and updating both if they need it.

.

Mr. Grant the distance that you loose the signal tells the story. If it is around 150 t0 200 yards it is nothing but the antennas on the DC 40s.

If it is doing it on all 3 collars,,it is the antenna on your handheld,,replace it and it should work fine again.

Thank you guys. This morning I did what I should have done first, check the antennas 1 was broke at the screw and 1 was loose. I really appreciate the help on this forum.
