Blazin' Timber English

Id like to make an announcement on behalf of Blazin Timber English...

We have been given a select opportunity that is nostalgic and could quite possibly be labeled as Historic.

We will be partnering up with Mike Jameson this fall to breed our Fatty to GrNtCh Wilcox' Thunder St. Nick semen.


This cross will be filled with Hall of Fame hounds and reproducers that have helped mold the breed over the past several decades.

A big thanks goes to Mike Jameson Chip Wisecup and John Ferrari for helping us track down the semen and helping satisfy our ambition.

2016 Autumn Oaks

Ill be headed North in just a few hours with Blake Henderson of North Carolina. We're going to be hunting Fatty in the Grand Nite portion of Autumn Oaks this year. She's never been hunted at Oaks and from the pre draw I saw posted, we'll have a tough cast.

Maybe she and I will have some luck and end up in the Grand 16.

We only got to hunt one night up at Oaks, (Thursday) due to Fatty suprisingly coming in heat Friday morning. Tuesday (9/6/16) Fatty was taken to Atlanta, Ga for her evalutation and first progesterone test. Everything looked up to par and the vet seemed very optimistic about the breeding.

This morning, Zac and Fatty are headed back to Atlanta where Fatty will stay until her progesterone levles peak and the A.I. is complete. We'll keep you updated as time allows.

Got word today that Fatty's cervical insemination will go down on Thursday!!! After that we willbw playing the 63 day waiting game.
