Garmin 320 won't link to dc50

I have a garmin 320 that links up quickly to dc40 collars but will not connect to DC50. I could use some help. Thanks

Have you tried to delete it off and add it back or are you saying it just will not acknowledge that it is there when you try to add it

It does not acknowledge the collar is there when trying to add it

Have you updated the 320. They have to be updated before the accept the DC 50 or T5 if they were an older system.

yes just go to gamins website and search for web updater. Download it and then run the program.
