Never Received Registration Papers

Hello,
I tried to register my pup back in September. My check was cashed and I did receive an email with registration number but never the papers. Sent a Lost Paper form and had an email thanking me for a Transfer of Ownership application.
Nothing since then. Can't reach any one at the office telephone. What am I to do?

I received conformation via email that my dog is registered and papers were mailed January 6th. My dog's number now is R257-598-D.
I prefer not to give my address on this public forum.
I do hope that I will get the registration papers in the next day or so since it's now getting on to two and a half months.

OK. If you don't get them by the end of next week, please let me know.
