Heaviest coon contest / meat hunt @ Laurel highlands
Laurel highlands c h c will be holding a meat hunt this Friday night at 7:30 . Entry fee is $20.00 . 100 percent payout. Heaviest coon 70% of entry and heaviest opposite sex takes the rest.

Just a suggestion..... Next time, put a bunch of different weights in a hat and draw out a weight. Whoever is closest to the drawn weight wins so they would only need to turn in and weigh one coon, it may be the winner regardless of whether or not it was the biggest and only allow one coon per handler.
Your method probably causes every entrant to shoot out every coon they tree just in hopes the next one is a little bigger than the last one, even if they tree doubles and triples. That would be a big waste.
