Embroidery at Walker Days in OH

Does anyone know the number for the people or business that was set up on the north end of the vendor barn that was doing all the embroidering? My little boy paid $23 of his own $$ for his hat and they were backed up and was supposed to be mailed and it's been almost two weeks. Any help would be appreciated
