Don't you hate
Don't you just love those people out there that will yell cuss and shot at you if your dog trees in there yard. Some people just don't understand that you can't control where they go
I hate when my dog does that crap. Especially when its in the early morning hours and you have no idea what your walking in to. Or whos land you were hunting on to begin with. Lol

Guys I'm not trying to get smart but I can call mine back no matter where she is treed. You can do it also with the right training.
I can call mine back to but i aint about to make a habit of it. Only time i call mine off a tree was like tonight he was treed across a steep deep creek. I shined the tree and it was slick so i called him across. If he trees in somebodys yard ill be polite and knock on their door if its not to late. If it is to late ill go in with my light off. Done it many of nights.

Rat mafia I agree. If there are any more problems (and your legal), call the law. You would be surprised how everybody can get along, when the homeowner doesn't feel a threat, they just don't know. Be nice and you may get more ground to hunt on. Don't try to bully the resident, even if he only owns a small spot around his house.
