my first english update
I posted a few months ago about a little english male I had gotten from someone. Well he wouldn't tree wouldn't track and he just down and out at 9 months wouldn't track a bad habbit to save his life he's now about to turn 13 mmonths old and it took some patience and high hope to get a dog goin before va coon season and he has no paperss but he's a great grade dog. Past few months he's treed 2 coons on his own and he will track decently. Well it took patience and a lot of time to get him point and he wouldn't open up on track or even throw me a locater at all. Well he's still silent but tonight I had him out with 2 other dogs and he throw out the bigest bawl locater I've ever heard outta such a young dog and started choppin a bit kinda scared me cuase we had been hunting since 9 tonight and we were on our way out the woods. Well I got excited as well as the guys with me so I run over the and see it my redtick was shootin me a huge loacter and there he was barkin at a coon on the ground well needles to say we cut the other 2 dogs and it took off and my dog went off on it but still wouldn't open up but chased it 300 yards and lost it to a den or a hole. Not impressive to many but it was his first locater bark and idk what to do to get him to open up on track now but he's a hard on a tree....any imput on how to help him with this and he will go slamm wild onna a caged coon.

Yeah I just w8sh he had papers I coukd grand him out on bench show in no time he's a buetiful dog id like to finish him and maybe trade him for another younger dog with papers if possable but he likes to hunt close which I like and he easy to load up but he's a pretty vicouse on a caged coon and if he's under a tree or makes a noise in the woods there's meat near by lol
