Had a good Garmin Tech experience!
I am in the process of downloading Birdseye and ended up with a file download that had some errors. After that happens, every time you boot up the Astro, is shows an invalid file and you have to push OK to continue. I had deleted the file from BaseCamp and the Astro, also. Ended up deleting the whole map and still was showing invalid file. I called tech support this morning and after going through the prompts, I got a real person. He walked me through another way and got rid of the invalid file. I am now in the process of loading it again. I hear all the horror stories about trying to get through to them, but I just wanted to pass on my positive experience.

got the same thing with my Garmin. Care to share how to do it with out calling Garmin?
The guy told me to go into My Computer and located the Garmin file. Click on it and it will give you choices. Click on Birdseye download file. Right click and delete. This will clear everything that has been downloaded to Birdseye, but I had already cleared everything, trying to make my Astro come on without giving me an invalid file message.

Thanks it worked just got to reload birdeyes now
One thing to remember
Don't let your computer go to sleep during a download or it will happen for sure. Either set the sleep time for a time way out there or move your mouse once in a while to keep it awake.
