Hunt question

3 dog cast. Turn loose dogs go about 10 yes are struck in dog A B seem to be working same track Dog C trees leaves tree receives minus. Dog a and c later come back towards cast past where track was originally struck dog c comes to cast is minuses dog a is near does not come into cast but is back to where it was released before it struck track then leaves and goes to dog b is still working track. Would you have also minuses dog a ?

No, unless A quits and comes in he is not minused.

That's the way I thought but I have seen it done both ways I have seen a dog work a track then leave to work another one run between the cast and carry it out and be minused

if I feel im standing on the track and could have cast them down the back track i am more inclined to not minus as fast on dogs trying to turn around.... yes if they quit and come in you have to minus but be smart enough to realize some dogs may check up on the way thru... jmo
