Papers question

Is there any possible way to get a new set of papers on a dog? Mine got ruined, and the ez entry card has been long gone since i lost my wallet. I have two 1st on the dog and would really like to make him nite ch soon.

I do know ukc # and dob and all the info so i could conditional enter him right?? Either way, would still like to get new card and papers

You should be able to get a new set but they will give the dog a new number or add a letter to the number to signify that it is a replacement set. When this is done it will nullify the original papers.

Send Russel in Registration Dept. a pm about this,he will give you all the ins and outs. But your dog will still keep his old UKC number and his wins if the clubs sent in all the paperwork. His new papers should have -D after his UKC number meaning duplicate .

Your immediate problem could be solved by just getting a new easy entry card . You would need new papers if you ever sold the dog .
Thinking about it seems I remember something about updating the titles on papers which might take care of it . Either way you would have to contact UKC for the facts . I don't think they delete ant wins or titles but just have a " D " after your number to indicate duplicate papers .
