how does this work if u have a dog permanently nominated what does this mean and what is the in and outs of this program

The preformance program is a program that allows you to earn money with your dogs in ukc night hunts other than a rqe,zones or a mini slam.
If your perminatly nominated your good to go but if they are litter nominated only they will need to be paid up before a year old
