lost papers

a hunting buddy passed last year and i have his dog. his wife cant find her papers and was wondering if ukc would send out new ones. it says on the site here that only the owner of the dog can apply.

I think if she would call UKC and explain the situation they could help. I know they did for some friends of mine.

I would asume UKC is like most other businesses. They might require a death certificate and then she can probably get what she needs.
Sorry for her loss.

You could post your question on the UKC registrations forum.
