Scoring a tree, 2 see the coon, 1 doesn't, then Joe over there says "I think I see him", not sure though. COON or no COON?

No coon.

Either sees it or he don't. If he still answers don't know. Scratch him.

if you scratch him 2 against 1 plus it up i think joe over there should come over here to where 2 say they see and point to spot again talking during shine time is not scratchable unless shine time is up and vote is asked for by judge not enough info to gave correct answer imo.
