JUST WONDERING WITH ALL THE SMART PHONES OUT HERE IF UKC WILL BE ADDING AN APP , SO WE COULD ACCESS UKC AND MESSAGE BOARDS WITH SMART PHONES.

I already do. No app needed. Their sites are Droid friendly at least (don't know about the Iphone, only have the Droid)
